Blur (Cyber Chase)

In a not so distant future a high speed chase is taking place in the neon lit downtown. The police force request the assistance of air capable officers. When engaging in a pursuit like this these officers use flight packs to maneuver obstacles when engaging in a high speed chase involving dense traffic and turns. As the chase picks up urgency, the officers are awaiting and order to grant them lethal force if necessary.
